Common Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: I searched for a guest name but no results appeared even though I can see their review in the list. The search matches against the name and comment text on each review card. If the guest checked out anonymously, their name will be listed as "Anonymous" and will not match a name search. Try searching for a keyword from their comment text instead.
Q: The "Reviews with messages" filter is only showing a handful of reviews. Most guests leave only a star rating without writing a comment. The written message filter is intentionally narrow — only guests who took the extra step of typing feedback will appear in this filtered view.
