Common Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: The Close-Out's report is not visible in my list. This report requires a specific sub-permission. Contact your restaurant administrator to have this permission added to your account.
Q: The Payments report is not showing a credit card batch I know was processed. Credit card batches may take up to 24 hours to appear after settlement depending on your payment processor. If a batch is still not visible after 24 hours, contact your payment processor's support team to verify the settlement status.
