Navigating Dates

Feature Overview

The Reservations page includes a date navigation strip that lets you quickly jump between days to view past, current, or upcoming reservations. A full-month calendar toggle is also available for a broader overview of your booking schedule.

Prerequisites / Requirements

• You must be on the Reservations page with the appropriate permissions.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. On the Reservations page, locate the week strip near the top of the page. It displays the days of the current week as clickable date buttons.
2. Click any date in the week strip to jump to that day's reservations.
3. To move to a different week, click the left arrow to go to the previous week or the right arrow to go to the next week.
4. To switch to a full month calendar view, click the month toggle button at the top right of the control bar. The week strip is replaced by a monthly calendar grid showing reservation counts per day.
5. Click any date on the monthly calendar to view that day's reservations.
6. To return to the week strip view, click the toggle button again.

Common Troubleshooting / FAQs

Q: I navigated to a date but no reservations appear even though I know they exist. Verify that the correct Revenue Center tab is selected. Reservations for a different Revenue Center will not appear in the current view. Also double-check the date — the month calendar view can make it easy to click an adjacent day.

Q: The week strip is not responding when I click a date. Refresh the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and try again.
