Accessing DigiSigns

Feature Overview

DigiSigns integrates the DigiSigns digital signage platform directly into your Katalyst dashboard, giving you a built-in workspace for creating and managing the digital displays in your restaurant — menu boards, promotional screens, or any custom customer-facing messaging. Because the editor loads inside Katalyst, you can manage your screens without switching between separate applications.

Prerequisites / Requirements

• Your restaurant must have a DigiSigns account connected to Katalyst. This integration is activated by your Katalyst account manager — contact them if the integration is not set up.
• If DigiSigns is not configured, navigating to this page will automatically redirect you back to your Snapshot Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. In the left-hand navigation sidebar, click DigiSigns.
2. If your DigiSigns integration is active, the DigiSigns editor will load directly inside the Katalyst dashboard panel.
3. The full DigiSigns interface will be available within the editor, including all tools to create, manage, and publish your digital signs.
4. If the page redirects you back to the Snapshot Dashboard instead of loading the editor, your DigiSigns integration is not yet active. Contact your Katalyst account manager to enable it.

Common Troubleshooting / FAQs

Q: Clicking DigiSigns redirects me back to the Snapshot Dashboard. This means the DigiSigns integration is not yet active for your restaurant. Contact Katalyst support or your Katalyst account manager to enable DigiSigns for your restaurant.

Q: The DigiSigns editor is loading but appears blank or takes a long time. The editor loads content from the DigiSigns platform directly. A slow or blank load may indicate a network issue or a problem with your DigiSigns account. Try refreshing the page. If the issue continues, log in to your DigiSigns account directly to check the platform status.
