Common Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: The Inventory section is blurred out and I cannot click into it. The Inventory feature is an add-on that requires activation. The page displays a message directing you to contact [email protected] to join the Beta program. Until activation is confirmed, Inventory features will remain locked.
Q: I updated a menu item price but it is still showing the old price on the POS. Changes to menu items take effect after the POS device updates its menu. Ask your staff to refresh or restart the POS application on the affected device. If the price has not updated after a few minutes, verify the change was saved by returning to Market Pricing and confirming the new price is displayed.
