Viewing Canceled Reservations
Feature Overview
Canceled reservations are not deleted from the system — they are preserved and can be revealed using the Canceled filter toggle. This allows hosts and managers to review which guests canceled, track no-shows, and maintain a complete record of all booking activity for a given day.
Prerequisites / Requirements
- Your account must have Reservations view or edit permissions.
- At least one reservation must have been canceled to populate this view.
Step-by-Step Guide
- On the Reservations page, navigate to the date you want to review using the week strip or month toggle.
- In the control bar at the top of the page, locate and click the Canceled filter toggle.
- The list will update to display reservations that have been canceled for the selected date, visually distinguished from active reservations (typically shown with a strikethrough, grayed-out style, or a cancel indicator).
- Click any canceled reservation to view its details.
- To return to the standard list of active reservations, toggle the Canceled filter off.
Common Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: I toggled Canceled on but the list is empty. No reservations were canceled for the selected date. This is expected behavior if all guests honored their reservations. Try a different date if you are looking for a specific canceled booking.
Q: I cannot find the Canceled toggle in the control bar. Ensure you are viewing the Reservations page for the correct Revenue Center. If the toggle is not visible, your view may be in Grid mode — switch back to List view where the filter controls are accessible.
