Common Troubleshooting / FAQs
Q: I published changes but my screen displays are not updating. After publishing, connected display devices may take a minute or two to sync. Ensure the devices showing your digital signs are powered on and connected to the internet. If updates still do not appear after 5 minutes, log in to your DigiSigns account directly to check the device connection status and whether the publish completed successfully.
Q: I can see the editor but I cannot save or publish my changes. Your DigiSigns account may have insufficient permissions or your account subscription may have lapsed. Log in to your DigiSigns account directly to check your account status and permissions. If everything looks correct in DigiSigns but publishing still fails from within Katalyst, contact Katalyst support.
