Prerequisites / Requirements

  • Your account must have Reports view or edit permissions.
  • Some payroll-related reports (e.g., Payroll KPIs) may require owner-level access or additional permissions.

Common Troubleshooting / FAQs

Q: The Labor report shows no clock-in/out data for some employees. Labor data requires that employees clock in and out through the Katalyst POS. If an employee was not clocked in through the system, their time will not appear in the report. Review the auto clock-out section to see if any employees were automatically clocked out by the system.

Q: The Tip Share report totals do not match what staff were manually paid. Verify the tip pool configuration in Settings > Cloud Point of Sale > Checkout and the tip share rules for each job class. Discrepancies may indicate that tip amounts were adjusted at the POS or that some transactions were not included in the tip share pool.
