Server Statistics

Overview

Server Statistics provides managers with a detailed breakdown of individual server performance over a selected date range. Use it to review covers, sales, and activity by staff member within a specific revenue center — useful for end-of-shift reviews, period reporting, and labor management.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged in to the POS with a manager or supervisor role.
  • At least one revenue center must be configured for your restaurant.

  1. Tap the Menu (≡) icon to open the side drawer.
  2. Go to Settings → Financials → Server Statistics (under the Manager Tools section).

The Server Statistics screen opens.

Filtering the Report

Three filter controls appear at the top of the screen:

  • Revenue Center — Tap to select the revenue center you want to view. A picker appears with all available revenue centers.
  • Start Date — Tap to open a date picker and set the beginning of the date range.
  • End Date — Tap to open a date picker and set the end of the date range.

After selecting your filters, the results refresh automatically.

Reading the Results

The results are displayed as a grid below the filters. Each card or row represents an individual server and shows their performance metrics for the selected date range.

If no servers are found for the selected filters, the screen displays: "No server present."

Troubleshooting

"No server present." is displayed

This means no server data was returned for the selected revenue center and date range. Confirm:

  • The correct revenue center is selected.
  • The date range includes days with actual service activity.
  • Staff members were logged in and had transactions during that period.

The revenue center picker is empty

Your restaurant must have at least one active revenue center configured in back office. Contact a manager to verify revenue center settings.
